What are your Hours of Operation? Contact times: Monday - Friday 8:00pm-5:30pm Cleaning times 8:30am-5:00pm (usually)
Do you work weekends? We normally do not do weekends but we will sometimes make exceptions. Our rate is $60.00 per hour for 2 cleaners on Saturday's.
What is your rate? Rate is determined by each house. If I had to give a hourly rate I am going to say roughly estimated at $25.00 per cleaner but we do our quotes determined on the state of the home. This is just a rough estimate if needed a hourly break down.
What is your minimum? We have a 2 hour minimum in all homes.
What kind of payments do you take? ScrubNSudz accepts Personal Cheque's, Cash and Interact Email Money Transfer.
Lock Out : If scrub n Sudz cannot get into the home, you will be charged a 2 hour min for the time, travel and wages lost. Click here for more information.
I need to cancel my appointment but it is less than 24 hours. Is there a fee associated with this?
Yes! Scrub N Sudz will charge for half the cost of the clean.
We ask for at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. For more information click here.
Are your cleaners really Eco Friendly? Yes! We use EcoMax products and lemongrass cleaner, it disinfects and removes dirt better than most harsh chemical cleaners! Use a stronger natural cleaner in your tubs as well :)
Are you insured? Yes Brei holds WCB, Insurance and she is bondable.
Who's supplies do you use? We supply all our own tools and equipment, but on request, we are willing to use other cleaners that the home owner provides. We prefer to use the home owner's vacuum for sanitary reasons (especially if you have pets). We do have a vacuum if needed.
Where do you travel to and what are the travel costs? Scrub N Sudz will travel from Cedar to Lower Lantzville at our standard rate. Travel to Ladysmith and Parksville requires a travel surcharge of $12. Travel to Gabriola and Protection Island is the cost of the Ferry to and from the Island. For Gabriola Island, travel time is also charged.
Do you have a referral program? Yes! When you tell a friend about Scrub N Sudz, and they book 2 cleaning with us, you as the referrer will receive 10% off on your next cleaning. You can receive up to 50% off of your next cleaning if you refer 5 people to us in one month.
Do you have a Contract or Terms of Service? Yes, Scrub N Sudz has a Terms of Service. With each quote the client will receive a Terms of Service. Scrub N Sudz does not have any lock in contracts.
How many cleaner's will be in my home? On a regular basis there will be 2 cleaners. We have one cleaner who takes jobs independently :)
Do you clean all your equipment? Yes! All of Scrub N Sudz utensils, mop heads and cleaners are cleaned and changed regularly. Each house uses fresh cleaned utensils/tools. Scrub N Sudz will NEVER reuse a utensil that is dirty from another clients home.
How do you dispose of garbage? When we change your garbage bag liners we will use your garbage can or dumpster to get rid of the trash.
