Late Fee's
Please note that all services performed require payment up front or at the end of services. If I arrive and there is no payment, I will contact you for a cheque. If I cannot contact you, I will reschedule your appointment at that time and you will be billed for my time. (Please see Cancellation/Lockout's) I will not be able to start my scheduled cleaning until payment has been made in full. However, if there is a billing issue, a $20.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made in full on the scheduled service day.If the fee is not paid, SnS will apply the right to pursue other methods of collection, without any proof of damage being necessary.
If any fees are not paid and I have to take legal action, the customer is responsible for any legal costs that I might incur.

Returned Checks / NSF
A $50.00 fee is applied to all returned cheques if made good within one day of notification. Cheques not made good within one day are subject to a fee of $5.00 a day that the check is unpaid. If I have to travel back to customers home for another cheque then a fee will be incurred for travel time to customers home.
If cheque is made good within one day I will allow you to keep writing cheques, however if the customer do not make good on the cheque in one day then I will no longer accept cheques from that customer.
